https://webportal.registermychapter.com/pickconf/DECA/MS/State - Online registration site for all state conferences. THIS SITE MUST BE USED TO REGISTER FOR ANY MISSISSIPPI CONFERENCE. This site is also used for ICDC for registration and hotel reservations. We will no longer be using a travel agent. There is an up-charge of $25 per student/advisor on registration for ICDC. Immediate family members who are only participating as guests and are not requiring additional items, may register for no charge.

As you review your membership, please consider the following.

1. All attendees at the district conferences must be submitted members of DECA prior to participating in the conference.

3. All attendees of Mississippi CDC must be Paid members by February 1.

2. All attendees of the International CDC must be paid members by March 1.

4. All attendees of regional conferences, New York Experience and the Sports and Entertainment Conference must be paid members. Go to DECA.org for details of these conferences 

5. Check your participants in the new Principles events as only first-year DECA members can compete in these events.

6. All scholarship applicants for National DECA must be paid members by March 1.

7. All scholarship applicants for Mississippi DECA must be paid members by January 31

September 24, 2015 - High School Advisor Academy. New and seasoned advisors as well as anyone who may be interested in beginning a DECA Chapter, come together to learn how DECA applies to the Business Curriculum and how to ensure better performance and learning from your students. Bring your Fall Leadership list of student names so that we can go step-by-step in registration. No Charge for this event!!!
Room reservations must be submitted by this date to the FFA Center via Malcolm Luker at "ffacenter@bellsouth.net" or "601-857-9069". Cabin one is reserved for advisors sharing rooms (must be two to a room minimum). All other rooms are open for registration. Each cabin (other than Cabin one) can hold up to eight people per room. Each advisor must bring bed linens and towels/washcloths, but there is no fee for the facility.

Please make arrangements for CPAS prior to leaving. We cannot control the date of the International Career Development Conference, but with proper planning, you should be able to work this out with your district. We will not interfere with any other state testing dates this year!!!!

All advisors and students MUST stay in conference hotel(s) for ALL DECA conferences if more than 60 miles away. The only exception is if a school states that NO student or advisor can stay overnight for a conference. This must be on school letterhead, signed by the director or principal of the school and verified by MDE.

All registration and hotel fees MUST take place through MS DECA for the International Career Development Conference. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
